About Us

PPI was established in 1995 as a joint venture with a handful of investors and a few dozen units. In 2004 we represent 80 Investors with a rental inventory that nears 400 units in Elizabethtown, Manheim, Mt. Joy, Marietta, and Columbia. We would be happy to provide references upon request.

Our company philosophy has been Providing Quality Service with Integrity. We strive to complete all matters in a timely professional manner. We are knowledgeable of local, count & state landlord-tenant policies and housing practices & laws. We are Licensed by the PA Real Estate Commission, members of IREM, Institute of Real Estate Management, and also hold affiliate membership with the Lancaster County Board of Realtors.

We support various local non-profit groups and organizations in our servicing area. We also proudly sponsor the Junior Achievement Symposium and serve as mentors for the event. We volunteer with the Youth Aid Panel and at the Masonic Village.
