possession - Receiving Maintance Calls - Dispatching Service
Techs -Notification to tenant whom are violating lease rules & regulations-
and verifing the infaction was correct promptly. Reviewing leases as
circumstances merit and notifing tenants of changes, increases, etc.
Why should all investor's consider Property Management?
Our staff are licensed PA Realtors, with knowledge of Landlord/tenant laws. We strive to stay apprised of local regulations and requirements. Ignorance of the Law is not an expectable defense in legal proceedings.
What will Management Cost?
We currently offer full-time management or
tenant location only. Our fees are full-time Management 50% of 1st months
rent and 7% monthly of the gross rental income. Rental Only is a one time
fee of 75% of 1st months rent and no involement after lease is executed.
Management fees are tax deductible!
